Happy April! I want to start by thanking the people who have been supporting me, whether it be by subscribing to my Patreon, following me on social media, sharing my work with the people they know, giving me kind words of encouragement, and/or buying my stuff. There are a lot of highs and lows that come with pursuing a living as an entrepreneur, and they are increased by a large magnitude when you add art and trying to manage chronic illnesses to the mix. Please know that every action to lift me up is appreciated, no matter how small you might think it is.
I’ve been diving head first into understanding how to use my strengths and talents to their ultimate potential and I’m incredibly excited about what I am planning for short and long term goals. But for now, I want to brag about how well these “Disappoint Your Parents” stickers came out! I’ve gotten positive feedback from them and I will probably need to restock soon. I do still have a handful left so if you haven’t gotten yours, now’s a good time for it!
I know I have some project requests I need to get back to and I want to thank those people for their patience while I’ve been slowly emerging from my depression cocoon. I feel a little better for every day that it gets warmer. The older I get, the more I understand why there are so many snowbirds from Michigan!
I’ll leave you with one last thought: We’re no strangers to love, you know the rules and so do I, a full commitment’s what I’m thinking of, you wouldn’t get this from any other guy. I just wanna tell you how I’m feeling, gotta make you understand. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and desert you. Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye, never gonna tell a lie and hurt you.
